1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website at https://objectivodata.com, you agree to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

2. Data Storage and Hosting

By participating in clinical trials through this platform, you agree to having your name, email, contact details, and relevant trial data stored securely in the cloud. ObjectivoData uses:

  • Frontend Hosting: Firebase Hosting (Google Cloud Platform)
  • Database: Google Cloud SQL (PostgreSQL) hosted in Sydney, Australia
  • Authentication: Firebase Authentication with industry-standard security

All infrastructure is SOC 2 and GDPR compliant. Trial data collected belongs to the organisation running the trial. ObjectivoData will never sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to access ObjectivoData's platform for authorised clinical trial purposes only. This is a license grant, not a transfer of title. Under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for commercial purposes outside authorised trial activities
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
  • Remove copyright or proprietary notations
  • Transfer materials to unauthorised persons or mirror on other servers

4. Regulatory Compliance

ObjectivoData is committed to compliance with:

  • 21 CFR Part 11 (FDA Electronic Records; Electronic Signatures)
  • GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)
  • ISO 14155 (Clinical investigation of medical devices)
  • GCP (Good Clinical Practice) guidelines
  • Australian Privacy Act 1988

5. Disclaimer

The materials on ObjectivoData's platform are provided on an "as is" basis. ObjectivoData makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall ObjectivoData or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the platform, even if ObjectivoData has been notified of the possibility of such damage.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Australia.
